My wife and myself are very disappointed with the recent service. We specifically told Eric what we wanted, even showed him pictures of the backrest from the website. We were looking for a bigger and curvy pad for both comfort and safety of the passenger. However, what was delivered is not what we spoke about. I went to see him yesterday and Eric told me that the choices are limited for that specific bar. If he would have said that from the beginning we would have taken another route. We paid $324.85 not including labor for something we are not satisfied with. Thank you.
